The Gauting Indians is traveling to Regensburg this weekend, trying to defend their eight-game winning streak in the German Baseball-Bundesliga against the first-ranked Buchbinder Legionaere. Regensburg out-scored the Indians 31-7 in a sweep on April 18. But since then Gauting improved heavily and is a completely different team, coming fresh off two wins at home against last year’s vice champion Mannheim Tornados.
