Former player and coach Huub Kohl passed away at the age of 73 on February 28, 2019. The memorial and cremation service will be held on Thursday, March 7, at 11:30 AM at the Yardenhuis van Rotterdam at the Maeterlinckweg 101 in Rotterdam.
As a player he played for Sparta, Feyenoord and Haarlem Nicols in the Dutch Hoofdklasse. Later he would become a coach, winning the European Championship twice as member of the Dutch national team staff. A German citizen he played for the German national team in the 1969 and 1971 European Championships. He later also was an assistant coach for the German national team.
