Hungarian Federation introduces new Logo for Development Program

Posted on March 19, 2011March 19, 2011 by philipp

Press Release Hungarian Baseball and Softball Federation

The Hungarian Baseball and Softball Federation is launching a recently developed logo for the national youth program. The emblem features a “magyar vizsla” also known as Hungarian pointer, which dog type – besides being a national heritage, and pride – embodies many features and skills (intelligence, friendliness, fast learning ability, enthusiasm, devotion, strength), that are appealing for both young baseball athletes and their parents too. The new logo will appear on different merchandizing items from key rings to t-shirts, and also on fields and players’ jerseys taking part in the youth program. The federation believes that leaving tangible products with kids during the school program, or at road shows, will sufficiently help in increasing general awareness of our sport, but also in capturing actual talents for youth baseball. Introduction takes place this Sunday, when Hungary’s first academic program gets started.
