The Hamburg Stealers announced on Monday that they have signed 25-year-old American right-hander Jason Daniels. Afterwards he came to Europe to pitch for Kotlarka Prague in 2013 and for the Rouen Huskies in 2014. Additionally he played three seasons for the Adelaide Bite in the Australian Baseball League. Last year he had a 6-3 record with an ERA of 1.78 in 11 games (nine starts) in the French Division I. He succeeds Michael Couch as foreign starting pitcher of game two each week.
