The president of Italian champion BBC Grosseto, Claudio BANCHI was sentenced to eight months prison last week. He falsified birth dates and places in four documents in the case David FRANCIA in 2004. For example, he changed the marriage certificate of FRANCIA’s grand parents. In this document he replaced Chicago, Illinois with Salerno, Italy. The 48-year-old BANCHI confessed and agreed out of court, so he got a much lower punishment as in a hearing.
