LAUSANNE, Switzerland -– Baseball fans worldwide can now purchase tickets online for the five WBSC Premier12™ games being staged in Japan, while tickets for the preliminary matches and quarter-finals in Taiwan will be available for purchase online starting the 15th of October.
The newest global platform being launched by the world governing body will feature, for the first time ever, head-to-head action between the professional National Teams of the Top 12 countries in the WBSC Baseball World Rankings. It will be the top international baseball event of the year, paying out the top purse and highest award of world ranking points on the 2015 competition calendar. WBSC PREMIER12 IN JAPAN
Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) will host Game 1 — a rivalry battle between world No. 1 Japan and No. 8 South Korea at the 42,000-seat Sapporo Dome in Hokkaido on Sunday, 8 November — and the semi-finals and finals (Games 35-38), which will be staged at the 46,000-seat Tokyo Dome from 19-21 November.

WBSC PREMIER12 IN TAIWAN
Global ticket sales will be launched in mid-October for the opening round and quarter-finals (Games 2-34) in Taiwan, while special packages aimed at national audiences are currently available online (http://baohan.tixcraft.com/activity/detail/2015_P12P) for games featuring the host nation, world No. 4 Chinese Taipei.
Premier12 battles in Taiwan will be staged by the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association at Taichung Intercontinental Stadium, Taoyuan International Baseball Stadium, Tien-Mou Stadium and Dou-Liou Stadium.
