Germany and Whitewater win at German Baseball Open

Whitewater University has won their third game in an row beating Great Britain 12-1. Meanwhile the British National Team has lost all 3 games during the German Baseball Open. Whiteater used a 13 hit attack and had three big innings against British pitching. The winning pitcher was Kevin HARVES and Mike RENERY took the loss for the UK team.

In other action Team Germany beat Paderborn 14-4. A 6-run 5th inning blew the game open for Germany who collected a total of 14 hits supported by 5 Paderborn errors. The win was recorded by pitcher Manuel MÖLLER and the loss went to Chris SWEENEY. Team Germany now has a record of 2-1 having lost only to Whitewater University. Paderborn stands at 1 win and 2 losses.

Todays Semifinals are Germany vs Paderborn and Whitewater vs Great Britain.
