Defending champion Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg has crawled back from a 0-2 hole in the best-of-five championship series in the German Baseball Bundesliga. They defeated the Untouchables Paderborn 5-0 and 7-5 this weekend at the Ahorn Sportpark in Paderborn to tie the series. On Saturday Mike Bolsenbroek and Boris Bokaj combined to allow just four hits and four walks in a 5-0 shutout. Matt Vance collected three hits. One day later Regensburg scored three runs in the third and two in the fourth en route to a 7-5 win. Evan LeBlanc went deep and scored twice. Max Kepler-Rozycki also crossed the plate two times. Rodney Gessmann drove in two.
