The annual DBA Junior Academy Tournament Showcase takes place in Regensburg, Germany from July 1 to 3, 2016. For the second time the baseball academies will compete for the trophy after Regensburg beat a team of the DBA in the finals in Paderborn. The academies from Regensburg and Paderborn, as well as a team of the German Baseball Academy (DBA) will compete in the three-day event. The Rhein-Main-Baseball-Academy from Mainz isn’t participating this year. The tournament was created to give the top U18 players in Germany another opportunity to play high-level games.
