The French Division I will have eight teams in 2014. Chartres is moving up from the Division II, replacing the French Junior National Team, which was the eighth team in the league in 2013. The Rouen Huskies, Templiers Senart, Paris UC, Savigny Lions, Montpellier Barracudas, Toulouse Tigers and Beaucaire Chevaliers complete the league lineup. The season is expected to start on March 30.
