French Division I Baseball: Week 9

Posted on June 14, 2022June 15, 2022 by Gabriel Fidler

Sénart and La Rochelle ran their winning streaks to five games as the title race in Pool B of French baseball stayed smoulderingly hot. In Pool A, with first place Rouen drawing the week off, Montigny had a chance at moving into a tie for first-place. Instead, Metz bounced back from a blowout win by the Cougars to earn an impressive win in Game 2, while Savigny-sur-Orge swept its series with visiting PUC to pull even with Montigny in second.
