The French Cubs Chartres remain active early this offseason in the French Division I. After adding Douglas Rodriguez, Ronny Materano and Enrique Juma Trinidad, they also reinforce their roster with veteran hurler Remigio Leal. The 52-year-old Cuban right-hander has a Spanish passport and is playing in Europe since 1999.
