Exhibition Series: Italy wins slugfest against Spain

After the dramatic finish on Sunday, Italy bounced back and beat Spain 12-8 on Monday evening in game two of their exhibition series in the Barcelona region. At the ballpark of CB Viladecans Italy took a 7-0 lead after four innings en route to the win. Giuseppe Mazzanti hit a home run. Jose Ferrini had three RBI. Federico Celli, Alessandro Vaglio and Ferrini scored two runs apiece. Yancarlo Franco went deep for Spain. Lesther Galvan and Javier Monzon crossed the plate twice.
