Markus Solbach (Germany, Minnesota Twins) & Kalian Sams (Netherlands, San Diego Padres) were both released in the past week, while Davide Anselmi (Italy, Cincinnati Reds) made his professional debut. On to the numbers…


Didi Gregorius, Arizona Diamondbacks. Netherlands.
Current team: Arizona Diamondbacks (MLB)
Gregorius went 3-3 Monday against the Cubs, raising his season-line to .282 with 35 runs scored. He’s currently splitting time at shortstop with Cliff Pennington for the Diamondbacks, who are half a game out of first place.

Roger Bernadina, Washington Nationals. Netherlands.
Current team: Washington Nationals (MLB)
Bernadina was 1-for-2 in pinch hit appearances this week. He’s hitting .191 with two home runs and 3 stolen bases in 141 at bats for the season.

Triple A-

Alex Liddi, Baltimore Orioles. Italy.
Current team: Norfolk Tides (AAA)
Liddi has now played 11 games in Norfolk, and four of his 9 hits have gone for extra bases. He’s now listed as a first baseman, after primarily playing third in the Mariners organization.

Kai Gronauer, New York Mets. Germany.
Current Team: Las Vegas 51’s (AAA)
Gronauer remains on the Disabled List, having not played since July 2nd. He’s hitting .258 over 14 games for the year.

Double A-

Donald Lutz, Cincinnati Reds. Germany.
Current team: Pensacola Blue Wahoos (AA)
Lutz is hitting .268 in his last 10 games, with 4 extra-base hits. In 151 Double-A at-bats, he’s hitting .232 with 5 home runs, 4 stolen bases, 15 walks and 38 strikeouts.

Tom Stuifbergen, Minnesota Twins. Netherlands.
Current team: New Britain Rockcats (AA)
Stuifbergen last appeared on the 16th July, where he faced two batters before departing, then went on the disabled list. He is 3-1 with a 6.16 ERA in Double-A, striking out 20 and walking 9 in 30.2 innings. He’s pitched 87 innings this season for Twins affiliates.

Loek van Mil, Cincinnati Reds. Netherlands.
Current team: Pensacola Blue Wahoos (AA)
van Mil had one 3-inning outing last week, giving up two runs. It was his longest appearance on the season. He has a 3.64 ERA in 47 innings. 41 H, 19 R, 19 BB, 25 K.

Kepler is hitting .263 in 118 ABs (30 games) in the Midwest League. His on-base percentage stands at .341.

Nick Urbanus, Texas Rangers. Netherlands.

Urbanus is hitting .157 in 89 ABs on the year. He has 2 doubles, 11 walks, and 31 strikeouts.

Martin Cervenka, Cleveland Indians. Czech Republic.
