Ireland defeated Greece 12-2 in the final of the European Championship C-Pool in Ashbourne, Ireland on Saturday. The Irish squad claimed first place with an undefeated 5-0 record. In the championship game Ireland scored seven runs in the first. Michael Ferrato went deep as part of a three-hit performance. Conor McNamara pitched five solid innings for the win. Jonathan Kountis took the loss.
