EC Cadets Qualifiers: Results July 24

Poland trails Belgium 0-1 going into final series

The qualifiers for next year’s European Championship Cadets will end on Saturday with the title games. In Antwerp, Belgium the two finalists already met on Friday in their last preliminary round match with Belgium defeating Poland 10-6. They now need just one more win to clinch first place. Switzerland defeated Lithuania 8-4 and finishes third. In Sofia, Bulgaria the semi-finals were played on Friday. Bulgaria and Romania celebrated lopsided wins and will play for the title on Saturday. Serbia and Turkey will play for third place.
