EBCA Convention was held in Cologne

Last weekend the 4th EBCA (European Baseball Coaches Association)Convention was held in Cologne, Germany.

Speakers included Jerry WEISTEIN (Colorado Rockies Organization),  Ron WOLFORTH (Founder of Pitching Central) and Dutch National Team Head Coach Robert EENHORN as well as Regensburg“s Martin BRUNNER.

The Clinic, which started Friday evening and concluded Sunday afternoon, gave interested coaches and listeners the chance to improve their knowledge about mechanics, tactics and practice organization.

Overall, about 70 coaches from youth to adult levels attended the event in order to learn, meet, chat and get in contact with other coaches from all over Europe. Coaches traveled from as far as Hungary and Croatia in order to take part in this event.

The Convention was organized by the EBCA with help from ISG (International Sports Group), a non-profit organization dedicated to the prosperity of European Baseball.
