The Dutch National Team will traditionally close out preparations for the European Championship with a game on home soil. The Royal Dutch Baseball and Softball Association (KNBSB) announced that they will face France on September 7 at 7pm CET in Utrecht. Prior to the game an open practice is scheduled at the UVV ballpark from 3pm to 5pm. The game will be between the Yoshida Challenge in Senart (August 31 to September 4) and the European Championship in Hoofddorp (September 9 to 18).
