The Ducks Saint-Just Saint-Rambert have added 33-year-old Venezuelan right-hander Harvey Garcia for the 2017 season. In 2007 he made seven appearances for the Florida Marlins in Major League Baseball. Its going to be his second stint in the French Division I. Last year he played for Stade Toulousain. The Ducks are promoting to the top level in French Baseball this year.
