Posted on May 22, 2015 by philipp

In the Czech Extraleague two games were played this week. On Wednesday Draci Brno defeated Hrosi Brno 3-1. Back-to-back hits by Alexander Derhak and Michael Kremlacek in the sixth were the difference, breaking a 1-1 tie.

On Thursday Arrows Ostrava won a slugfest 15-7 against Technika Brno before departing for the Buchbinder Cup in Regensburg. Ales Navratil and Jakub Kaplan went deep for Arrows and combined for six RBI. Tomas Junec collected five hits. Jiri Marek connected for a home run for Technika, which blew a 7-3 lead.

League play in the Czech Extraleague continues on Saturday with three doubleheaders. The Tempo Titans host Kotlarka in an inner-Prague derby. Skokani Olomouc squares off against the Eagles Prague. Draci and Hrosi meet for a rematch at Hrosi’s ballpark. On Sunday Skokani and the Eagles complete their three-game series.
