German outfielder/first baseman Donald Lutz got optioned to Minor League camp on Tuesday by the Cincinnati Reds. However in difference to last year he was not added to the Double-A roster of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, but to the Triple-A team of the Louisville Bats. It’s a potential sign that the slugger might receive a promotion. The 25-year-old was 4-for-17 with a home run, a triple, four runs scored and five RBI in 10 games this Spring Training.
