Czech Semis: Technika Brno books Finals Ticket

Posted on September 26, 2011September 26, 2011 by philipp

Technika Brno ended the dream season for Kotlarka Prague, sending the second-ranked team following the regular season packing with a pair of wins on Saturday. Last year’s vice champion in the Czech Extraleague swept a doubleheader 5-1 and 13-3 to win the best-of-five semi-final series 3-1. Technika will meet AVG Draci Brno in the finals, which eliminated the Eagles Prague ten days ago in the semi-final number one. Both Brno based clubs already were in the championship season last year with AVG Draci continuing its dynasty in Czech Baseball.
