Czech Playoffs: MZLU Express, Eagles Prague clinch Semi-Final Spots

The first round in the Czech Extraleague playoffs is over. MZLU Express Brno and the Eagles Prague celebrated 3-1 series wins to clinch a spot in the semi-finals, where AVG Draci Brno and Technika Brno are waiting. MZLU Express won game four of their set against Navisys Hrosi Brno 9-7 on Sunday to advance into the next round. The Saturday affair was rained out. In Prague the Eagles used two 4-3 wins this weekend to eliminate local rivals Kotlarka Prague. They had split the first two games one week ago.
