The semi-finals in the Czech Extraleague started with games one and two this past weekend. The Arrows Ostrava won game one against Kotlarka Prague 8-5 and lost the second 1-7. Also Technika Brno and Draci Brno settled for the split. In game one Karel Hrusovsky drove in Michal Ondracek with a sac fly in the bottom of the 11th en route to a 6-5 walk-off victory. In game two Max Perlman allowed just three hits and four walks in nine scoreless innings to lead Technika to a 7-0 shutout. Martin Zelinka hit a three-run home run and drove in four.
