Posted on December 3, 2013 by philipp

The Czech Baseball and Softball Associations jointly have celebrated their 50th anniversary this past weekend in Prague. All important figures were on hand for the gathering including CSA and CBA Presidents Gabriel Waage and Petr Dietrich. Festivities will go on into 2014. The joint CEB-ESF Congress will be held in mid-February in Prague. The European Cup Baseball will be hosted by Brno. The European Championship will have three of the four venues in the Czech Republic with Ostrava, Brno and Trebic. Additionally the Prague Baseball and Softball Weeks take place at the end of June plus more tournaments at the youth and senior levels. Czech Softball discovered these three wonderful pictures from the early days of the sport in the country.
