Czech Baseball Association releases Roster for Intercontinental Cup

While there is still no schedule and a confirmed field of participating teams, the Czech Baseball Association will send a team to the Intercontinental Cup in Taiwan in October. They will be the third European squad in the tournament besides Italy and the Netherlands. At the end of last week they announced a roster of 24 players, which will make the trip. The squad will be headed by the Under-21 coaching staff with manager Pavel Chadim, Mike Griffin and David Winkler. The 2010 Intercontinental Cup will be held from October 21 to 31.
