In the Americas, the United States, Mexico, Cuba and Venezuela — the top four finishers on the continent — have qualified for the U-12 Baseball World Cup 2019. In Aguascalientes, Mexico, world No. 1 USA captured its first-ever U-12 Pan-Am Baseball Championship, defeating No. 5 Mexico, 10-2, in the Final, while No. 4 Cuba earned the bronze with a 12-5 victory over No. 11 Venezuela.

U-12 Baseball World Cup host No. 6 Chinese Taipei claimed the Asian youth baseball title in Taipei City, defeating No. 3 Korea, 3-2, in the Final. In the bronze medal match, No. 2 Japan beat No. 28 Pakistan, 10-0.
