Dutch right-hander Rick van den Hurk has a new employer. After the Toronto Blue Jays put him on waivers to clear him from the 40-man roster, the Cleveland Indians picked him up and the 26-year-old is going to have a chance to get a bullpen spot on the opening day roster in Ohio. It is going to be his third team this winter after the Baltimore Orioles had released him in February. He had begun his professional career with the Florida Marlins in 2007.
