The Borgerhout Squirrels beat Biotechkomanda KNTU 6-1 in the lone nine-inning game of the day. It was a close contest until a four-run ninth inning for the reigning Belgian champion. Sam Boermans hit a pair of home runs as part of a 4-for-4, 4 RBI day. Kenny van den Branden and Romulo Sanchez struck out a combined 13. Dmytro Limarenko hit a solo home run for KNTU.
The Templiers Senart used a pair of seven-run rallies to blew by BC Minsk 17-1. Alexander Perdomo and Raudelin Legra Perez hit home runs. Perdomo put six RBI in the box score. Roberto Palencia picked up the win. Host Arrows Ostrava shut out Olimpija Karlovac 14-0 in seven innings. Terrell Joyce hit a three-run home run. Tomas Junec had four hits.
