CEB Competitions in 2008

The Confederation of European Baseball published several days ago the schedule for the European tournaments in 2008.

European Cup Pool A: June 17-22 in Grosseto, Italy

CEB Cup Pool A: June 17-22 in Regensburg, Germany

European/CEB Cup qualifiers: June 16-22 in Blagoevgrad (Bulgaria), Kutno (Poland), Ostrava or Brno (Czech Republic), Brest (Belarus)

Senior qualifiers for European Championship in 2009: July 7-13 in Varazdin or Karlovac (Croatia), Antwerp (Belgium), Abrantas (Portugal), Trnava (Slovakia), Vilnius (Lithuania)
The first six teams from the EC in Barcelona, Spain are already qualified: Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, France and Sweden.

Junior Championship “21 and under”: End of August or early September in Pamplona, Spain.The participants are: Italy, Russia, Netherlands, Czech Republic, France, Slovakia, Germany and Spain.

Junior qualifier “18 and under”: July in Eskilstuna, Sweden

Cadet Championship: July in Italy

Cadet qualifier: June 22-30 in Antalya, Turkey

Juveniles Championship: July 14-19 in Trebic, Czech Republic
