CEB awards 2015 National Team Competitions

The executive committee of the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) awarded the 2015 European competitions at the national team level during its recent meeting on November 22, 2014 in Paris, France. Federations now have time until December 31 to subscribe their respective teams.

The most important tournaments on next year’s calendar will be the 18U Junior European Championship (site to be determined) and the B-Level European Championships.


12U Juveniles awarded to Miejska Gorka, Poland playing dates 6 – 11/12 July 2015

15U Cadets Qualifier awarded to Belgrad, Serbia playing dates 20 – 25/26 July 2015

15U Cadets awarded to Czech Republic, Brno or Ostrava Republic playing dates 20 – 25/26 July 2015
Qualified teams: Netherlands, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Sweden, Belarus, Poland, Austria.

18U Juniors Pending. The location will be chosen within two weeks. Playing dates 13- 19 July 2015.
Qualified teams: Italy, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Russia, France, Croatia, Great Britain.

21U Postponed till 2016 season pending changes of the 21U WBSC World Championship.

European Championships B-Level awarded to Karlovac, Croatia and Vienna, Austria playing dates 27 July till 2 August 2015
Qualified teams: Sweden, Croatia, Austria, Belarus, Slovakia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia and Israel.
