The Technical Commission of the Confederation of European Baseball (CEB) has announced the groups for the national team competitions for the 2017 season. The groups for the European Cup competitions were previously released.
Besides the European Championships B-Pool, which will decide over the last two open spots for the European Championship 2018 in Germany, the most important tournament is going to be the first U23 European Championship. 16 teams will participate in four pools, located in Brno, Czech Republic, Wels, Austria and Trnava, Slovakia.
Additionally U15 and U12 European Championships will be played, as well as a U18 European Championship Qualifier. The U23 Euros and the U15 Euros will serve as qualifier for Baseball World Cups.
