CEB announces 2020 European Baseball Cups and Championships

The Executive Committee of the Confederation of European Baseball which met during the WBSC Congress has awarded the 2020 European Baseball Competitions as follows:

National Team Competitions

  • U12 European Baseball Championship: July 7-11 in Mortsel, Belgium. Participating teams: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Slovakia and The Netherlands
  • Qualifier U12 European Baseball Championship: July 7-11 in Mortsel, Belgium. Open for subscriptions
  • Qualifier U15 European Baseball Championship: July 21-26 in Trnava, Slovakia + Antwerpen, Belgium if if more than seven teams register for the event
  • U18 European Baseball Championship: July 13-19 in Macerata, Italy. Participating teams: Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Spain and The Netherlands
  • Qualifier U23 European Baseball Championship: August 10-16. No bids so far
  • Senior European Baseball Championship B-Group: July 27-August 1 in Moscow, Russia and Zagreb, Croatia. Open for subscriptions
  • Senior European Baseball Championship C-Group: July 27-August 1. No bids so far

Clubs Competitions

  • Champions Cup: June 2/3-6/7 in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Participating clubs: Czech Republic (1), France (1), Germany (2), Italy (2) and The Netherlands (2)
  • CEB Cup: June 2/3-6/7 in Sénart, France. Participating clubs: Austria (1), Belgium (1), Belarus (1), Czech Republic (1), France (1), Spain (1), Switzeland (1) and Ukraine (1)
  • Federations Cup: June 16/17-20/21 in Brasschaat, Belgium. Participating clubs: Austria (1), Belgium (1), Croatia (2), Russia (1) and Sweden (1)
  • Qualifiers Federations Cup: June 16/17-20/21 in Sant Boi, Spain. Open for subscriptions. Runner up of Federation that have only one team in Champions or CEB Cup, Champions and runner-up of Federations that have no representative in Champions or CEB Cup.
