CB Viladecans has bolstered his roster for the 2019 season with the acquisition of Jorge Balboa and Eric Segura. Balboa is coming from the Tenerife Marlins, where the pitcher had an 11-1 record with an ERA of 3.84 in 15 starts. Segura batted .405/.507/.752 with nine home runs in 31 games for the Astros Valencia last year.
