CB Barcelona continues to bolster its pitching staff prior to the start of the 2014 season in the Spanish Division de Honor. 24-year-old Venezuelan right-hander Larry Suarez joins the team of manager Jorge Miqueleiz. He played seven seasons in the Chicago Cubs organization and accumulated an ERA of 5.09 in 147 games between Rookie league and Triple-A. During the winter he played in the Venezuelan Winter League.
