The Southampton Mustangs have reached the finals of the British National Baseball League. They will face regular season winner London Mets in the best-of-three finals next weekend. Southampton edged out the Essex Arrows 24-21 in a high-scoring affair and beat the London Capitals 14-4 in the playoffs this past weekend to return to the championship series.
