The construction for a new ballpark in Brest, Belarus is ongoing. Located in the city center in a sports complex together with the already existing ballpark, the Ice Palace, an athletic arena and the Palace of Water Sports, the new stadium for Baseball and Softball is scheduled to open in August.
The leading baseball club in Belarus, Brest Zubrs, asked the city for a new facility and finally received permission by Sumar region Governor Konstantin Andreyevich and Mayor Palyshenkov Alexander Sergeevich to build it.
It is the result of 13 years of developing and promoting Baseball in the city of Brest by Brest Zubrs. The club, which has won multiple national championships and international tournaments, has currently seven teams, with the youngest being six years young.
