The Saarlouis Hornets improved to 5-1 with a pair of wins, 13-0 and 5-3, over the Haar Disciples (1-5) to remain one game out of first place. In other action, the Tubingen Hawks (2-4) and the Gauting Indians (3-3) split a pair of games as did the Heidenheim Heidekopfe (3-3) and the Mannheim Tornados (2-4).
The Bonn Capitals (5-1) continue to pace the North Division with a sweep of the winless HSV Stealers (0-4), 10-6 and 12-1. Co-leader Solingen also enjoyed a sweep over the Cologne Cardinals (0-2), 14-2 and 6-5. The Alligators improved to 5-1. In other games, the Neunkirchen Nightmares (3-1) split with the Paderborn Untouchables (3-3).
