Athletics Attnang-Puchheim host Youth Baseball Camp with Martin Helmig in August

logoThe Austrian Baseball League club Athletics Attnang-Puchheim will host a youth baseball camp from August 3 to 7, 2015. It is open for youth players between 8 and 16 years of age. Registration is open until June 15. The costs are €340 including practice, games, shirt, cap, two action events, lodging at a gymnasium, water, juice and a surprise. By signing up until May 1 you’ll receive a €20 discount.

Head coach at the youth baseball camp will be one of the most successful German coaches in the history, Martin Helmig. Other coaches will be the Americans Dan Husband, Jimmy Jensen and Melvin Perdue, as well as Koen De Clerck, Mathias Bruggeman, Michael Borchardt, Thor Chauveau, Yönis Van Onckelen, Walter Coppens, Max Van Bruyssel and Wouter Schats from Belgium.

Interesting fact: Perdue played Ray Durham in Moneyball.
