Astros Valencia on verge of winning first Division de Honor Title

Posted on July 28, 2016July 28, 2016 by philipp

The Spanish Division de Honor is playing its last game day of the 2016 season this coming weekend. Four sets of two-game series are on the schedule. The Astros Valencia are currently leading the standings. They are tied with the Tenerife Marlins with a 22-4 record, but own the tie-breaker. The Astros host CB Viladecans for two games and would win the championship with a pair of wins. Tenerife meanwhile looks for a sweep against CD Pamplona, while also hoping for a Viladecans victory in Valencia. Otherwise the defending champion will be dethroned.
