The Astros Valencia have won the Copa del Rey 2018. They defeated the Tenerife Marlins 8-7 in the final of the Spanish cup on Sunday. The Astros had beaten CBS Sant Boi in the semifinals, while Tenerife downed CB Barcelona. Valencia scored the game-winner in the final through a bases loaded walk-off walk in the bottom of the 11th inning. Tenerife had tied the game in the top of the ninth to force extra innings.
