Three game days are already in the books in the Arizona Fall League this week. Dutch infielder Jonathan Schoop played on two of the three days, going 1-for-7 with a walk and a run for his Surprise Saguaros in a 6-9 loss and a 4-2 win over the Mesa Solar Sox. He is now batting .125.

Germany’s Max Kepler saw his first outfield appearance on Monday and then moved back to first base one day later for the Glendale Desert Dogs. He was 0-for-7 with a walk in a pair of 1-5-losses against the Scottsdale Surprise. He was slotted into the clean-up spot on Tuesday. He is batting .233.

South Africa’s Gift Ngoepe played twice for Scottsdale. The infielder went 1-for-4 with a walk and a run in their Tuesday win over Glendale. On Wednesday he was used as a pinch runner in a 2-1 victory against the Solar Sox. He is batting .111.
