The Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation announced this week that Andy Fleischacker is stepping down as head coach of the senior, U18 and U15 national teams at the end of the 2015 season. He and his family will move back to Florida, USA in early September. Fleischacker was coaching the Swiss National Teams since the 2011 season. Until last year he also worked as head coach of the Therwil Flyers, winning the Swiss championship in 2014. With the Zurich Challengers he already had won the title in 2002. Afterwards he coached in other European countries as well before returning to Switzerland.
