2009 in Review – Czech Extraleague – MZLU Express Brno

A few weeks back we’ve started with a review season on Mister-Baseball. We now have covered the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Germany. Now up is the Czech Extraleague.

2009 Ranking: 6th place in Extraleague. During the playoffs MZLU Express lost in five games during round one against Arrows Ostrava.

Best Batter: Milan Vystrcil. He batted .287 (OBP .419/SLG .475) with four homeruns, two triples, three doubles, 24 runs scored and 18 RBI in 29 games. He was the only player on his team to hit the ball over the fence all season long.
