The 2012 season in the Czech Extraleague starts on April 7. The Czech Baseball Association announced the general calendar for next year’s campaign in Czech Baseball on its website. The all star game is tentatively scheduled for May 8. The Prague Baseball Week will be played from June 27 to July 1. The regular season will end on July 15, pending any rainouts. Usually one of the European leagues, which runs into October, the 2012 Extraleague will be finished by the end of August due to the European Championship in September and the still to be dated World Baseball Classic Qualifier. The semi-finals are scheduled between August 4 and 12. The finals would begin on August 18.
