The 2011 MLB Academies Tournament in Regensburg, Germany ended on Wednesday for the teams from the Netherlands and Belgium. Three more games were played, as the Dutch team shut out the Czech Republic, while Belgium lost a high-scoring affair to France. The German team, once again led by a strong Kai Bindemann, beat Sweden. Three more games are left on the schedule, two today and one on Friday. As usual games are played under strict rules (pitch counts, unrestricted substitutions) with the development being the main focus.
