2010 Ranking: 5th in Italian Baseball League. Considered as one of the favorites for the championship, Danesi Nettuno started with just four wins in the first 14 games to miss the playoffs in the end. Even a 14-2 run in May and June didn’t help much.

Best Batter: Lino Connell. The Venezuelan infielder batted .320 (OBP .408/SLG .434) with ten extra base hits, 20 runs scored and 17 RBI in 32 games before a suspension ended his season abruptly.

Best Pitcher: Kris Wilson. The former Major Leaguer for the Kansas City Royals and New York Yankees had a 7-4 record with an ERA of 2.50 in 13 starts in his first year in Italy. He struck out 70 batters in 75 2/3 innings, while walking only ten.

Most Strikeouts: Kris Wilson 70 (4th in IBL)
