The MARLINS took over first place in the standings of the Spanish Division de Honor with two victories against NAVARRA.
In game one they stormed out to an early lead, scoring five runs in the first. Dewis Navarro and Richard Montiel combined for four hits and five RBI. Daniel Martinez was three-for-five with a double. Victor Jose Lopez drove in two. Leslie Nacar (W 6-0) pitched eight innings, allowing five hits, one run and two walks, while striking out seven. German Arroyo (L 2-3) was chased in the first period, giving up five runs on six hits and a base on balls, opposed to just one out.
PUERTO CRUZ posted another five-run inning to defeat NAVARRA 5-2 in game two of the doubleheader. Daniel Sanchez was two-for-three with two RBI. Juan Marcias had three hits and a RBI. Ivan Granados (W 8-1) went the distance, giving up six hits, two runs and four bb. He struck out eight. Alberto Espanol (L 4-3) was charged with eight hits, five runs and two walks in five innings.
FC Barcelona – CD Pamplona 5-1, 6-2

The FC BARCELONA stays in the race for the championship, winning both games against CD PAMPLONA.
In game one they took a 4-0 lead after four innings and defended the advantage till the end. Felix Isasi had three hits and scored three times. Jesus Golindano was three-for-four and drove in a run. Homer Baez (W 6-1) pitched five innings, allowing one hit, one unearned run and two walks. Patrice Briones (L 0-3) gave up ten hits, five runs (2 ER) and one bb in eight innings.
The second match was similar to the first one. The only differential was the high amount of defensive miscues, as both teams committed a total of eleven errors. BARCELONA scored fast and led 4-1 after four innings on their way to a 6-2 win. Oscar Roman had two hits, a triple and two RBI. Jesus Golindano was three-for-four with a double, a run and a RBI. Jorge Balboa (W 3-1) allowed two hits, one unearned run and a walk in five innings. Alberto Casanellas (L 3-5) gave up eleven hits, six runs (2 ER) and three bb in eight innings.

EL LLANO had to settle for a split in VILADECANS. They won the first game, but dropped the second.
In game one they needed just three runs in the top of the first to decide the outcome, as neither team scored afterwards. Oscar Angulo and Emilio Perez had RBIs. Fidel Mane struck out nine in a complete game shutout. He allowed just seven hits and a walks. Yulman Ribeiro took the loss, after giving up nine hits, three runs and four bb in nine innings as well.
In the second match VILADECANS blew a 3-0 lead after two periods, but won the game through a RBI double by Edgar Hernandez and a RBI single by David Porcar in the bottom of the sixth. EL LLANO had tied the contest in the top of the same frame on a sac fly by Emilio Perez. Alberto Magallon (W 2-5) gave up eight hits, three runs and two walks in nine innings. Carlos Fente (L 1-1) was responsible for six hits, five runs (3 ER) and two bb in seven innings.
San Inazio Bilbao – CB Sant Boi 2-3, 4-2

CB SANT BOI dropped to second place in the standings, one game behind PUERTO CRUZ, after a split with SAN INAZIO BILBAO.
