European Baseball is well represented at Baseball America’s top 20 prospects by league lists.
- Jurickson Profar, shortstop in the Texas Rangers organization who made his big league debut this summer, is topping all players from the Texas League (Double-A).
- Fellow shortstop Mariekson Gregorius, who as well made it to Major League Baseball in September with the Cincinnati Reds, was ranked seventh among the International Leaguers (Triple-A).
- German outfielder Max Kepler-Rozycki of the Minnesota Twins made the list at seventh in the Appalachian League (Rookie).
- Another Dutch shortstop Xander Bogaerts of the Boston Red Sox was put in second place in the Carolina League (High-A) ranking.
- And last but not least Andrelton Simmons was placed in sixth in the Southern League (Double-A), in a ranking which also saw Mariekson Gregorius receiving another mentioning at 15th.
