BB European Youth Competition Comments Off on Collegiate Baseball League Europe opens Gates on Saturday

The inaugural season of the Collegiate Baseball League Europe will be played from Saturday, July 7 to Saturday, July 14. Some of the top U23 players of European Baseball will compete in the four-team league. Rosters were drafted in March and all games will be played in Oosterhout, Netherlands – home of the Twins Sporting Club. Players from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Australia, United States, Hungary, Bulgaria and Switzerland will come to play in the league. The concept builds on the success of collegiate summer leagues in the United States, like the Cape Cod League.
